Features:
The nose bridge where the nasal bone, the upper cartilage, and the nasal septal cartilage meet protrudes too much.

| Procedure: |
1. Remove the hump
A sharp knife and osteotome are used to remove the hump comprised of the cartilage and bone.
|
|
|
2. Narrow the nose bridge
The outside of the nasal bone is incised with the ostetome and inwardly brought together.
|
|
3. Heighten the nasal tip
After the cartilage of the drooped nasal tip is upwardly rearranged, the nasal septal cartilage is put onto the cartilage of the nasal tip.
