Subject double eyelid lowering

Hi i had my second revision and now it looks very unnatural
The doctor took out 4mm of my skin above the crease and removed alot of
fats. My doctor said he only removed a little skin and fats(obviously its
not true)

I used to be able to raise my eyebrow as much as i want. now i realize that
when i raise my brows, my double eyelid will be very high up and it looks
abit sunken.(able to see the orbital rim at the side)

My double eyelid is very close to my eyebrow now.I dont have extra skin. i have a bit of problem closing my left eye.

For now i just want the crease to be lower and natural. Im 24 years old for your info.

1) would you be able to reverse it to how i look to my first surgery?
maybe not exactly the same, but close?
2) would you advice the excisional method or the non-excisonal?
3) by judging at the pictures, how many mm can you lower it? (roughly)
4) is the procedure risky? any consequences in the future? (important,pls answer)
5) will fat grafting give my eyelid an uneven platform?(important, pls answer)
6) i have used up all my savings for my first surgery. so please help and quote a reasonable price for this.

please answer all of my questions above. would really appreciate that. =)
i am very concern about the risk and consequences in the future, i would
very much appreciate an honest reply.

infos: my eye brow to the double eyelid is just 5mm away. my double eyelid
is approx 4mm when open.
